HRT Return Policy

At HRT, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products and services, we follow strict guidelines to ensure safety, legal compliance, and transparency.

Prescription Medications and Telehealth Services

Prescription medications, once dispensed, cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any custom-compounded products and medications prescribed after a telehealth consultation.

This policy is in accordance with federal regulations and protects the integrity of the medication supply chain.

Telehealth consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, regardless of prescription outcome.

Lab Kits and At-Home Test Kits

Unopened and unused at-home lab kits may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be requested through our support team.
  • Returned kits must be sealed and unused.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A refund will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Supplements and Non-Prescription Products

Unopened supplements and non-prescription wellness products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original, sealed packaging.
  • Return shipping costs apply.
  • A full refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team at support@hrt.org with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Note: We do not accept returns for opened lab kits, used products, or medications. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
